Job Description:
·Support different version of Kronos, develop interfaces of both export and import of data from WFC application.
·Experience in Kronos WFC in Configuration and Troubleshooting and Experience on Kronos Modules.
·Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc.
·Handle records of incidents, problems, changes etc.
·Supporting existing Workforce Management application as a Production Support.
Supporting the Kronos Product, resolving the issues raised by client and providing proper solution, monitoring customer servers, troubleshooting
