Description
 

• Assist with the implementation and continual improvement of the SailPoint IIQ platform. 
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem analysis by working with other teams, vendors, or users in diagnosing and resolving technical issues as well as provide technical expertise covering the various identity, authentication, and governance components across the SailPoint solution.
• Analyze errors/issues/reports to identify common themes and develop and drive remediation plans.
• Work with identity lifecycle management team to design, develop, test, and implement systems and solutions.
• Will examine the platform components and available data to assess the health of SailPoint IIQ.

Preferred Requirements
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least 6+ years professional experience
  • 5+ years developing SailPoint solutions
  • 2+ years designing highly available, geographically distributed, dynamically scalable, API-driven services
• Proven expertise designing and implementing solutions leveraging SailPoint IIQ is required (with experience designing using Okta and CyberArk preferred).
• Need to have hands on expertise with SailPoint, Information Security principles, Security Engineering and Automation.
• Experience with large security access system upgrades/projects is a must.
