Requirements:
• Availability to work 100% on Client’s site in
Charleston, WV
(required);
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 (2+ years);
• Experience with VB.NET (2+ years);
• Experience with XML (2+ years);
• Experience with ASP.NET (2+ years);
• Experience with CSS (2+ years);
• Experience with HTML (2+ years);
• Experience with JavaScript (2+ years);
• Experience with SQL Server 2012 (2+ years);
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) (2+ years);
• Experience with InRules (2+ years);
• Experience in debugging code for existing systems within Microsoft Visual Studio 2013;
• Experience in software testing, including system integration and regression testing, to ensure application
changes continue to meet the business needs;
• Experience in optimizing and developing .Net Framework Batches;
• Experience with State of West Virginia’s DPAS Solution;
• Experience government experience;
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or related field

Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following:
• Work on a team with business analysts to define new features that the contractor has then coded and
successfully integrated for existing systems;
• Work on a team with developers to upgrade and configuring existing code;
• Develop and optimize Pension Administration solutions;
• Work with COMPASS, utilizing using the .NET 4.5 Framework with VB.NET, Microsoft SQL Server 2012
instance
