Senior leadership experience managing multiple resources and/or delivery teams (including hiring and removing resources as required) within a custom software development environment.
Experience leading a portfolio of development projects and maintenance initiatives at one time with a budget of at least $9M that included complex (multi-stakeholder, multi-technology and multi-platform) integration projects.
Experience developing program and project documents including roadmaps, business cases, project plans, project charters and reporting.
Experience developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Experience with capacity planning and determining infrastructure requirements. Experience working with educational data standards, in particular PESC standards.
