This position will focus on gathering, analyzing and reporting out written information collected in highly technical meetings with state IT resources and vendor partners. The candidate will work with new applications and retroactively for applications that have already been developed and need supporting Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) documentation (Project Charters, Requirements Traceability Matrices, System Design Documents, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work within tight deadlines, talk with subject matter experts and high attention to detail are a must for this position. Comprehensive experience with Microsoft Office products is required. Additionally, experience with Tableau is a plus. Candidates for this position should be self-driven individuals who have expert knowledge with the SDLC process, including technical concepts, integration, interfaces, data conversion, data migration, etc.
Individuals with prior state or federal Medicaid IT project experience are highly desired for this position.
