FSCM Functional Analyst - 3 positions, each 1 of the following skill:
1.Procure to Pay /
2.Order to Cash /
3.Accounts Payable & System Set-up]
Minimum Qualifications
(1) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, as determined by the
AOC. The AOC will accept a bachelor’s degree in Account for one (1) Analyst.
(2) Three (3) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal
in a development or functional consultant role.
(3) Three (3) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application
Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration
Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process
Scheduler.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities
(1) The AOC prefers at least one (1) FSCM Analyst to have a bachelor’s degree in
accounting.
(2) Five (5) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal
in a development or functional consultant role.
(3) five (5) years’ expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application
Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration
Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process
Scheduler.
(4) Experience with the following:
i PeopleSoft upgrades and testing
ii PeopleSoft selective adoption process
iii AWE/Workflow
(5) Expert level knowledge of the following:
i SDLC methodology and processes
ii SQL
iii Oracle 19C databases
iv REST-based webservers
v Peoplesoft chart of accounts and the chartfield configuration process in
Peoplesoft Financials.
vi Purchasing, e-procurement, grants, contracts, general ledger, commitment
control, account payables, account receivables/billing (Order-to-Cash), and
Asset Management/Inventory.
(6) Ability to provide expert customer service.
