Functional consultant - Talent/ HR Technology Solutions

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives, aligning with both short-term and long-term client priorities. Develop and present recommendation for the future state, addressing product gaps and enhancement requests.
  • Functional Design Leadership: Spearhead the functional design and configuration of HR technology solutions. Stay engaged throughout the implementation process, providing continuous support and consultation to ensure project success.
  • Solution Architecture: Lead in translating business functional requirements into technical specifications. Design scalable and adaptable solution architectures, including interfaces, testing plans, and enhancements tailored to client environments.
  • Project Management Support: Assist in determining levels of effort, timelines, and resource plans in coordination with project management teams. Lead kickoff and design sessions, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all project phases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Ensure clear documentation workflow changes and secures buy-in from all relevant parties. Serve as a key facilitator for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
