The NC Forestry Division would like to migrate 10 existing legacy systems into their central Forest Service Accomplishment Portal.

5 years of experience in 

1. Considerable knowledge of reporting using SSRS.
2. Extensive knowledge and programming experience using C#
3. Strong SQL Server skills with experience in writing complex SQL queries, triggers, stored procedures, and user defined functions.
4. Experience with Team Foundation Server
5. Ability to learn new software systems and programming languages by studying available references.
6. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
7. Ability to work well with a variety of people.
8. Good management, organizational and problem solving skills.
9. Ability to understand, analyze and interpret organizations and work processes to develop or modify applications that meet business requirements.
10. Extensive knowledge and programming experience using ASP.net
11. Extensive knowledge and programming experience using CSS
12. Extensive knowledge and programming experience using JQuery
13. Extensive knowledge and programming experience using JavaScript.
14. Extensive knowledge and programming experience using Entity Framework
15. Esri web development experience
16. Experience with Esri ArcGIS API for JavaScript
17. Knowledge of ArcSDE and ArcGIS Server deployment on MS SQL Server RDMS
18. Knowledge of ArcGIS Server REST API
19. Knowledge of Python and geoprocessing scripts published to ArcGIS Server
20. Experience with ArcGIS Runtime SDKs
