The Desktop Technician is responsible for providing a high level of technical support for the Windows 11 upgrade rollout. Will be helping users identify upgrade issues, determine best process to move the
upgrade install to completion. This position will also support Help Desk when needed in the areas of
walk-in Windows 11 upgrade support, imaging new laptops, and coordination with Windows 11 system administrator.
Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician or A+ certification or related experience.
