8+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
8+ years of software engineering experience in developing integrated and secure enterprise or web-based applications using Java/J2EE
4+ years of experience with business process workflow software
4+ years of experience with Spring Framework
4+ years of experience in developing enterprise web applications using React JS with Redux (Non-negotiable)
6+ years of JavaScript development experience
4+ years of HTML5 experience
4+ years of CSS3 experience
2+ years of experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both
