· Sound knowledge of Account Reconciliation processes.
· Excellent capability around writing SQL queries for completeness checks and custom reconciliation reporting.
· Experience with Transaction Matching and sub-ledger integration is a must.
· Experience in face-to-face interactions and engagement with customers.
· Well versed in oral and written communication. Must be able to articulate their thoughts clearly.
· Good documentation and presentation skills.
· Experience in leading customer demos, presentations, and trainings.
· Ability to research application and service logs to troubleshoot application issues.
· Coordinate with internal and external technical support providers for better resolution.
· Ability to work independently and supports multiple deliverables simultaneously.
