1. Strong Market Risk, Risk, or Front Office experience
2. Strong financial markets product knowledge
3. Strong problem-solving skills and experience of analyzing and validating large volumes of numerical data
Day to Day:

• Facilitates productivity by removing impediments team will encounter, mediating through conflicts, helping team to make decisions and adhering to continuous improvement principles
• Leveraging data to measure & monitor progress (Burndown charts etc.as being used by the or ganization) to increase the development effectiveness
