Core Strengths and Skills
- 5-8 years of HANDS-ON Project Management experience, specifically on ServiceNow/Amazon Connect, or Helpdesk processes and projects
- PMP
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
- Ability to communicate successfully with business subject matter experts, technology partners and home office staff frequently—both over the phone and in-person
- Effective leader and collaborator who builds and nurtures strong relationships
- Continuous learner who adapts quickly and positively to change
- Financial or similar industry experience
- Knowledge of incident management and program tracking software such as ServiceNow and Jira a plus
