FEA Engineer (USC / GC ONLY) (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the design and execution of complex FEA simulations on a variety of mechanical components and systems
  • Build, develop and implement advanced simulation models and algorithms to support product development and innovation
  • Analyze and interpret simulation results to make design recommendations and drive continuous improvement
  • Post-process results to determine if products meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that simulations accurately reflect product behavior and meet project requirements
  • Mentor and guide FEA engineers and contribute to their professional development
  • Develop and implement FEA best practices and standards within the organization
  • Perform reviews of technical analysis and documentation of other engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and emerging simulation technologies

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in Aerospace domain is must.
  • 6-9 years of experience in conducting FEA simulations in an industrial or academic setting
  • Strong understanding of solid mechanics and finite element analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in using simulation software such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, or NASTRAN
  • Excellent ability to interpret and present simulation results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsQualifications:
