ERP Systems Analyst
Responsible for working with peers and business units to develop, maintain and enhance the City's ERP system from a functional and technical standpoint.
Has in-depth technical experience related to Workday or other ERP systems.
Work to identify and document functional and technical requirements.
Assess available technologies and recommend solutions related to requested functionality.
Assists with testing and support activities related to the implementation.
Assists in developing appropriato test scenarios and scripts, coordinatos User Acceptance Testing..
Works with developers to customize fimctionality in one or more fiunctional areas for new and existing system deployments.
Completes data mapping and conversion activities from previous systems.
Provide technical support and expertise in resolving identified application issues and problems. Busures that a design being implemented is in-line with best practices from a technical and architectural perspective.
Collaborates with project managers to ensure that the system delivers the functionality specified. Working knowledge of integration platfirms like SOA or Mulesoft.
