Roles & Responsibilities:
- Need to connect actively with customers for new business development
- Understand customer products In & Out, By studying their products spec, multiple documentation etc.
- As trusted thinking partner, Pitch in customer challenges or pain areas and help them with Quest Global proficiency
- Connect our internal stakeholders (Multiple Departments) for right or on time solution, when there is dependency to meet customer needs.
- Monitoring customer business (New products or Digital migration etc.) & support with our expertise
- Project and program health, Sales campaigns, delivery led growth, relationship management (MRM, QRM).
- Acquisition of new projects and purchase orders
- Operational metrics, issues/escalations, succession planning, VBU and culture initiative
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Experienced in Energy domain
