5+ years of experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar recruitment management systems, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead ORC implementation and best practices.
System Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the use of Oracle Recruiting Cloud to enhance recruitment effectiveness and user experience.
Process Improvement: Analyze and redesign recruitment workflows; recommend and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Data Analysis: Oversee data integrity and accuracy; create advanced reports and dashboards to monitor key recruiting metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
