2. Should have practitioner level skills in ODI.
3.Needs to have excellent customer interfacing skills .
4.Should be prepared to spend at least 2-3 hours guiding offshore team through daily calls, review offshore deliverables and keep a tab on offshore work activities

5.Client management skills along with people management skills
