• Budget & Payment Plans
• Payments
• Adjustments
• Financial Transactions
• Device Management
• Meter reads
• Field Works
• Credit and Collections.
Knowledge of testing is mandatory.
Automation testing knowledge is added advantage.
• Hands on testing experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer care and billing)
• Experience in Utilities industry to understand Energy, Gas and Services domain
• Strong expertise and good knowledge of Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application inclusive of 3rd party app integration

•  Strong knowledge on STLC processes – Test Strategizing, Test Design, Execution, Defect Management, tracking and reporting
