Identify potential risks associated with terminal operations and develop mitigation strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to terminal management. BSA Merchant acquiring Products and Pricing Participate in the design and implementation of dynamic pricing strategies based on merchant volume, transaction type, risk profile, and market conditions. BSA with Charge Back exp manage chargeback processes within banking, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and enhance operational efficiency. BSA - Linga Product Specialist Work with technical teams to configure, implement, and integrate Linga products within existing systems, ensuring optimal functionality and seamless transactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of merchant services operations, including payment processing, chargeback management, and settlement processes.
Experience with payment gateway systems and integration with different merchant platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify system gaps and propose solutions.
Proficiency in data analysis tools to extract insights from merchant data
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of relevant compliance regulations related to merchant services
