Salesforce Cloud Testing exp is key here.

• Strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) testing.
• Experience with Salesforce, specifically Sales Cloud (non-negotiable).
• Familiarity with Netcracker is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Octane for test cases and defect management.
• Some experience with automation and web service API-based testing is a plus.
