**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage a caseload of 30-40 personal injury cases, acting as the lead attorney through all aspects of
litigation, from filing to trial.
- Develop case strategies and legal theories to maximize case outcomes.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for cases.
- Take and defend depositions, including those of plaintiffs, defendants, and expert witnesses.
- Engage in settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
- Serve as second chair during trials when necessary.
- Maintain regular client communication to provide updates on case progress and answer any questions.
- Oversee and direct paralegals and other support staff to ensure efficient case management.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of three years' experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the California State Bar, in good standing.
- Proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload and achieving successful outcomes in
personal injury cases.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships with a client-focused approach.
- High ethical standards and commitment to professional integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
