- System Monitoring & Incident Handling – Keep track of alerts, respond to issues, and restore services quickly.
- IAM Expertise & Security Compliance – Manage identity and authentication systems while ensuring cybersecurity compliance.
- Troubleshooting & Production Support – Solve complex system issues and work on improving infrastructure performance.
- Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure efficient problem resolution.
- On-Call & Site Work – Be available for off-hours coverage and on-site presence (3 days per week) as required.
- Technology Management & Automation – Use Linux, Windows, SQL, OpenShift, ITSM, Splunk, Ansible, and CI/CD tools to enhance operations.
Required Skills:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- 5+ years of production support experience with expert level knowledge of MFA technologies, Splunk. Window OS, SQL/Oracle DB Unix/Linux.
- Excellent knowledge of Identity, Authentication and Access Management (IAM) domain including SRE and DevOps space.
- Must have senior level production support experience and troubleshooting skills in IAM technologies.
- Must be able to comply with bank regulatory and compliance policies
- Must have expert level of Linux experience and must be well versed in Splunk queries.
- Splunk, Dynatrace, ITSM Remedy, JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible
- Cloud & CI/CD Tools (Containers, OpenShift, DevOps)
