Must have sales and plumping/hvac/mechanical experience

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead branch operations, including inside sales, customer service, warehouse, and
inventory control.
 Oversee order processing and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and delivery
coordination.
 Resolve customer issues, provide product support, and drive customer satisfaction.
 Manage inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of non-stock items.
 Prepare sales quotes and assist with forecasting and budgeting.
 Collaborate with outside sales, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve issues and
streamline operations.
 Recruit, train, and develop branch staff; conduct performance evaluations.
 Promote a safe work environment by enforcing company Health & Safety policies.
 Strengthen relationships with key customers and suppliers to support growth.
 Monitor competitive activity and market trends to support business development.
 Generate and review reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.
Qualifications:
 Diploma in Business, Sales, or related field.
 5+years of experience in a branch or sales management role.

 Strong industry knowledge in mechanical, plumbing, or industrial supplies.
 Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
 Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
 Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
 Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical documentation is an asset.
