Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of industrial
construction projects across multiple contract formats (lump sum, design-build, cost-plus, etc.).
You’ll ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule delivery while maintaining strong client
relationships and building team cohesion.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead all phases of project delivery including start-up, scheduling, procurement,
execution, and closeout.
 Oversee site conditions, scope changes, cost controls, and client reporting.
 Direct and mentor field teams including Project Coordinators, Superintendents, and
Safety Advisors
 Manage subcontractor relationships, procurement, and compliance.
 Monitor and report on project financials, change orders, and invoicing.
 Collaborate across departments and ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards
are met.
What You Bring:
 Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial or general construction projects
($5M–$20M), within heavy industry and eartwork related projects
 Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical
discipline.
 Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and communicate effectively with
all stakeholders.
 Strong understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, contract administration,
and risk management.
 Familiarity with HeavyBid, HeavyJob, and other estimating/project tools is an asset.
 Local subcontractor and supplier relationships in the Thompson-Okanagan area are an
