W2 Candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 production support for Fixed Income / Rates trading applications on the trading floor.
• Support approximately 15 critical applications with opportunities for cross-training.
• Handle incident management for market-facing systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in real-time trading environments.
• Join and analyze bond pricing data and pull detailed reports.
• Read, understand, and debug Job I/O processes and logs.
