Education
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical) Required
- MBA Preferred

Experience & Skills
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
- 5 7 years in managing capital projects, budgets, and engineering/maintenance timelines.
- Experience in FDA/PMO design, GMP, and low acid aseptic manufacturing preferred.
- Strong ability to adapt to shifting production schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, MES, ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to read and create Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in process mapping, efficiency optimization, and cost control.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting and computer work.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to work with equipment containing electromagnetic components.
