Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a senior-level attorney with at least five years’
experience in workers’
 compensation defense
 A current California Bar membership in good standing
 Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills, with an ability to thrive in a
 dynamic environment
 Strong Marketing and Business development experience
 Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with all levels of the organization
 Ability to lead and motivate the team to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve goals
 Previous management and leadership experience is a plus
 Experience with MerusCase Management a plus
 6+ years of Workman’s Compensation Defense
 225 + billable hours
 1 hour twenty minutes away from San Francisco max
 Must have experience managing other attorneys and support staff.

 Billable Hours – 225+
 Salary 200-300k OTE
 Must reside within an hour from San Francisco.
