MUST HAVE :Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited program, 8+ years in mechanical engineering,
and experience designing healthcare building systems. Candidates must know mechanical, energy, and
FGI codes, have passed the FE Exam, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Trane Trace, and Revit. Key
skills include attention to detail, organization, time management, and effective communication. Valid
driver’s license, and an insured vehicle for work tasks.
NICE TO HAVE: Medical gas design experience, mentorship or quality assurance experience, a PE license,
familiarity with additional engineering software, cost-efficiency expertise, and construction
administration experience.
