Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of experience working on mergers and acquisitions,
financings, securities, corporate governance, and other commercial transactions, in addition to
general corporate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong document drafting,
communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a positive attitude and an exceptional
work ethic.
