The candidate will bring a data management lens to data opportunity discussions with a focus on how to best govern and manage the data throughout the process. This will include facilitating conversations around de-identification, data maturity, roles and responsibilities, ethics and more.
Extensive experience in the Data Governance and Data Management disciplines
Experience preparing and implementing government-wide strategies and/or mandates on data transformation initiatives.
Experience in the development and implementation of data platforms, governance standards, processes, and mechanisms to enable organizations to manage information through its entire lifecycle.
The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following:
University graduation in Business, Science, Public Administration, Law or a related discipline and 4-yr related experience;
OR
  2-yr diploma in Business, Science, Public Administration, Law or a related discipline and 6-yr related experience;
OR
  10-yr related experience
